This Tamron 75-250mm f3.8-4.5 lens is part of the Tamron Adaptall-2 system of lenses. It currently has an Olympus OM mount adapter on it. This lens is compatible with the traditional Olympus OM mount and is appropriate for cameras such as the OM-1 through the OM-4. The lens mount can be removed and easily replaced with other lens mount adapters for use on many other systems.
